Plain words, no fine print. This is exactly what happens to your business's information.
What we keep
- What you teach it: services, prices, timings, FAQs, policies, notes and the files you upload.
- Chats on your business's page, so you can see what customers asked.
- Leads and appointment requests: the name, phone number and message the customer chose to share.
Where it lives
- On our own server, not in a shared AI tool. Uploaded files are stored privately and are never public.
- Each business is kept separate, and we test this before every release.
- We take regular backups so a mistake or a failure doesn't wipe out your business's memory.
When AI is used
- To answer a customer, we send their question and only the relevant parts of your customer-facing memory to our AI provider (currently Google Gemini). Never your team-only notes.
- To read a photo or a scanned page, we send that image to the same AI provider. Typed PDFs, Word, Excel and web pages are read on our own server.
- We never use your data to train AI models.
What we never do
- Sell, rent or share your data, or show you ads.
- Show one business's information to another business or its customers.
- Show team-only notes to customers.
- Contact your customers for our own marketing.
- Let the AI invent prices, confirm bookings, or pretend to be a person.
What you control
- Approve: facts from your files and website go live only after you tap Add.
- Choose: mark anything "Team only".
- Check: see who changed what, and when, in your memory's history.
- Take: download your memory and documents any time, as simple files.
- Delete: remove your business and all its data yourself, any time, from the app — it's gone at once. Or ask us and we'll do it within 30 days.
