Plain words, kept short.

1. The service

SiteSetu gives a business an AI receptionist that answers customers using the information the business provides, and passes leads and appointment requests to the owner. SiteSetu is in early access: features may change, and we may sometimes need to pause the service for maintenance.

2. Your information is your responsibility

The receptionist answers from what you teach it. Keep your prices, timings and policies correct. The AI can make mistakes; it is told never to invent prices or confirm bookings, but you should check its answers in your chat history and correct your information when needed.

3. Appointments and leads

SiteSetu only passes on requests. A booking is confirmed only when you confirm it with the customer.

4. Fair use

Use SiteSetu only for a genuine business you are allowed to represent. Don't use it for anything illegal, misleading, or harmful, or to collect data you have no right to. Each business has a daily message limit (currently 300 customer messages); we can raise it on request.

5. Price

SiteSetu is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you at least 30 days before anything changes for you.

6. Your data

Your business information belongs to you. You can download it any time and ask us to delete it, as described in our privacy policy.

7. Suspension

We may review new businesses before they go live, and may suspend a business that breaks these terms or puts customers at risk. We'll tell you why.

8. Liability

The service is provided as it is during early access. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by wrong information you provided, by AI mistakes you could have corrected, or by service interruptions.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
